I got married in May + was horrified I'd have bad posture in my wedding photos (I'd seen this happen to too many of my friends)! I bought this several months out to help prep my posture - I'd wear it for a little bit each day while working from home. It was super helpful in keeping my posture top of mind. Had lovely wedding photos - no gremlin shrimp posture! I'd recommend to a friend.

Bought this to assist in my poor posture from sitting at a computer most of the day to see if this would help. I have worn it for about 2 hours a day for two weeks now. I love it! My neck and shoulder pain have eased so much as my muscles go back to the proper positioning. My neck and shoulders are less stressed and no more tension. I find myself walking straight and tall when I go by a window or mirror. My wife and coworkers mention how straight I sit now. Well worth the purchase.

Normally I do not review any products but this was life changing for me. Chiro, massages, yoga, weights nothing has worked so fast and easy as this. Zero discomfort. Used it 3 hours a day for a week and I can feel the relief already, a better posture overall, and more flexible chest muscles. I think my tight chest muscles were the ones affecting my posture.
